TopCocoon specializes in the sale of designer furniture for individuals and professionals.


Article 2 – Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales concluded between TopCocoon and its customers, via the website, social media, by phone, or by any other means of communication.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.


Article 3 – Products

The products offered are design chairs intended for indoor and/or outdoor use.

Descriptions, characteristics, and photographs are presented with the utmost care. Slight variations in shade or finish may exist without engaging TopCocoon's liability.

Products are offered within the limits of available stock.


Article 4 – Prices

Prices are expressed in euros.

TopCocoon reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is that in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery costs are specified to the customer before final validation.


Article 5 – Order

Orders can be placed:

  • Via the website

  • By message (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

  • By phone

The order is considered confirmed after validation by TopCocoon.

TopCocoon reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a previous dispute or abusive behavior.


Article 6 – Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The exact terms are communicated upon order confirmation.

The customer undertakes to pay the full amount due upon delivery of the products.


Article 7 – Delivery

Deliveries are made in Belgium to the address provided by the customer.

Deliveries are organized according to a schedule communicated in advance.

An approximate time slot is provided to the customer.

In case of absence at the confirmed appointment, a new delivery may be charged.

The transfer of risks occurs at the time the products are handed over to the customer.


Article 8 – On-site Collection

The customer can collect their order by appointment, after confirmation of availability.


Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Belgian Economic Law Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Reimbursement will occur after receipt and verification of the returned product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional customers.


Article 10 – Complaints

Any complaint regarding an apparent defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Photos may be requested for processing the case.

In the event of a confirmed defect, an appropriate solution will be proposed.


Article 11 – Liability

TopCocoon cannot be held responsible for improper use, incorrect assembly, or non-compliant use of the products.

Liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.


Article 12 – Data Protection

Personal data collected is used exclusively for order processing and customer relationship management.

It is not sold to third parties.


Article 13 – Applicable Law

These conditions are subject to Belgian law.

In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of Brussels.
