Refund Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be new, unused

  • be in the same condition as when received

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • show no signs of assembly, wear, or damage

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items used, assembled, or damaged after receipt

  • Customized items or those made to specific order

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • the item is not returned in its original condition

  • the item is damaged for reasons not attributable to TopCocoon

  • elements (parts, packaging) are missing


Refund Procedure

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return

  • we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund

If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card issuer

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may apply)

Sale Items

Items sold on promotion or at a reduced price are not refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible in the case of a product that is:

  • defective

  • damaged upon receipt

Gifts

If the item was identified as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit of equivalent value may be issued after the return.

If the item was not identified as a gift, the refund will be issued to the customer who placed the original order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
In case of a refund, initial shipping costs may be deducted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, especially for items valued over €75.
TopCocoon cannot be held responsible for lost or unreceived returns.
