Refund Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be new, unused

be in the same condition as when received

be returned in its original packaging

show no signs of assembly, wear, or damage
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
π Returns should not be sent to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Items used, assembled, or damaged after receipt

Customized items or those made to specific order

Gift cards

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
A partial refund may be granted if:

the item is not returned in its original condition

the item is damaged for reasons not attributable to TopCocoon

elements (parts, packaging) are missing
Refund Procedure
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return

we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund
If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card issuer

Sale Items
Items sold on promotion or at a reduced price are not refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible in the case of a product that is:

defective
-
damaged upon receipt

Gifts
If the item was identified as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit of equivalent value may be issued after the return.
If the item was not identified as a gift, the refund will be issued to the customer who placed the original order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
In case of a refund, initial shipping costs may be deducted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, especially for items valued over β¬75.
TopCocoon cannot be held responsible for lost or unreceived returns.
